Yes Men Will Get You Impeached

WE 'I feel bad that I left': John Kelly warned Trump he would be impeached

CNN White House: John Kelly 'was totally unequipped to handle the genius of our great President'

I think I will trust the retired Marine General...  Especially after listening to Trump making up pre 9/11 stories again this morning.
There were so many good comics on the topic, I had to steal 2.

  1. The weirdest thing for me so far was when Trump tried to hold the G-7 meeting at his golf course. As any B+ high school civics student could have told him, that was a clear cut violation of the constitution and as an impeachable offense, definitely on the indisputable side. That proved even too much for Republicans, something up until that moment, I didn't think was possible.

But Trump is all about using power brutally. He is, or at least thinks he is, in the power position on impeachment and seems to have no problem in being as brutal as possible. I think he was surprised to find his power in this area, his support in the senate wasn't completely unlimited.

  2. So do you think is delusional or lying?

  3. John Kelly is little better than the crew of scoundrels that is still left there, so I have no real desire to hear his thoughts.

  4. On what do you base this negative judgment?

  5. John Kelly happily went along with the Muslim ban and caging kids at the border. He protected and promoted serial domestic abuser Rob Porter. He said lots of bigoted things about blacks and Latinos. I could go on, but you get the idea.

  6. I assume you mean:

    - the ban on people from certain very disturbed countries

    - arresting people who crossed the border illegally

If this the worst stuff Kelly said, I guess I am fine with him.

As for Porter, how would you have handled it differently?

  7. NBC Kelly Lazy Hispanics

"Kelly made the comments that are causing the uproar on Monday. He said that some immigrants don’t have protection from deportation under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, better known as DACA, program because “some would say they were too afraid to sign up, others would say they were too lazy to get off their asses.”

It does fascinate me that the press / liberals apparently refuse to acknowledge that the Hispanic population is made up of:
    - Responsible people (majority)
    - Scared people (minority)
    - Lazy people (minority)

  8. To back up my majority / minority assertion.

"The latest numbers from Citizenship and Immigration Services show that as of Sept. 30 of last year, 956,289 or 72 percent of the eligible 1.3 million had applied since DACA applications were first taken in 2012, Mittelstadt said."

    - Responsible people (majority) 72%
    - Scared people (minority) ??%
    - Lazy people (minority) ??%
    - Other ??%
