Raising social involvement, self awareness and self improvement topics, because our communities are the sum of our personal beliefs, behaviors, action or inaction. Only "we" can improve our family, work place, school, city, country, etc.

People walking around with AR 15's would be enough to kepp me away from a protest. I don't protest much anymore, but if the GOP steals an election I'd like to join in a protest. (but would hesitate or go home if there were people with guns)
I agree that property destruction in some black lives matter protests was a very big problem, but I think people from the right joined in the riots. Also,
"This summer’s Black Lives Matter protesters were overwhelmingly peaceful, our research finds"
Moose, I would expect nothing else. As I said above, don't harass and chase a scared boy with a loaded AR15. The first victim was as responsible as Kyle.
Laurie, Most of the gun toting militia guys in Kenosha did not shoot anyone either. That does not make what Kyle did anymore acceptable.
Just as the peaceful protesters are fine, but the riots, fires, looting, etc can not be ignored by the Left...
So...a threat to one's life shouldn't be neutralized? KR was perceived as an active shooter and a threat. That's a good enough excuse for cops to murder people, but it's not a good excuse for a person without a weapon to defend themselves?
Such twisted "logic" coming from the right....as usual.

ReplyDeleteRepublicans are fomenting a violent insurgency in America. It may have already started.

and don't even try to claim there is just as much violence on the left.

My advice is that if you are at a protest...
ReplyDeleteAnd see someone holding a gun and looking scared...
Do not approach or harass or chase him...
As for "just as much violence"...
ReplyDeleteI think you had better do some more review of the damage to LA, Minneapolis and Portland...

Portland Pics
How hard is for folks on both sides to say THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
ReplyDeleteJohn thinks damage to property is as violent as murder.
ReplyDeleteDuly noted.
And disgusted.

You go ahead and torment / chase the guy with the gun if you think it is a good idea.
ReplyDeleteNot sure what the first guy was thinking?
