 This ICE officer really needs to go to jail for MURDER...

And Trump / Noem need to be impeached for creating these situations and repeatedly lying to protect murderers...
Her tires were turned away from officers, so she was not trying run over anyone... Who are the untrained criminals that are working for ICE?

    In terms of criminal law, I won't rush to judgment. The central legal issue is whether he was justified in using deadly force. Was he in fear for his life? There are multiple videos and each of ask can decide or not to decide for ourselves. I will say, we are not courts of law. In thinking about happened, we can choose our own burden of proof. It's okay to form an opinion even if you have a reasonable doubt about it. As for the law, I don't think a jury would come back with a murder verdict. More a question of manslaughter.==Hiram

    For the law stuff, what is immediately disturbing is the Justice Department's effort to block state officials from the investigation. What that implies is that the federal government believes it's law enforcement officers are exempt from state law. This is totally unacceptable. We don't want people armed with semi automatic weapons who are subject to state criminal law. And the fact is, just recently the president pardoned 1600 people who he believed were wrongly prosecuted by this Justice Department. Such a Justice Department can never recover its credibility in criminal prosecutions.--Hiram

    Without pre judging the case, I will say there are things in the video that a defense attorney could use to defend the case. Ultimately, those are issues for a court to decide. But we are not courts, and we are not bound by the rules that prevail in them. This is a free country, for the moment, and we can think, decide and say what we like.==Hiram
