Now I understand that California has moderate climate where people can sleep outside year round, not like Minnesota. However how can homelessness and poverty be so bad in one of the most Liberal Wealthy states? Wouldn't they have solved this in their Liberal Utopia? Thoughts?

I agree and noted that the weather is nice and temperate.
However do you think "a great place to live" has tons of homeless people camped on the streets, littering, defecating and shooting up?
