It is so sad watching the GOP fail to nominate qualified honest sane candidates. :-(

If Walker had been elected, all he would have been expected to do is vote Republican --to organize the senate, to vote for Republican judicial nominees, against Democratic judicial nominees, and to support tax cuts for the wealthy. I think he could have handled it. Had the situation been reversed, had Warnock been the unqualified football hero, I would have voted for him. Competence in legislators is overrated.
