Electoral Calculators and Maps

I was wondering what Blue and Red meant on the CNN Map until I saw MN was Blue and the states West of us were Red.  At least Fox has us as a light Blue.

Thoughts on these and which other sources should we watch?

It was interesting for me to see that a couple of liberal sources I read give Obama the biggest lead. CNN, CBS, and NYT all have similar numbers.

That doesn't surprise me at all. It takes a lot of thought and effort to keep bias out of a survey. Preferably the news source hires it out to someone that does it for living.

One more question. What would it take to turn MN red? Or is a MN Conservative vote for Romney about as pointless as teats on a boar?

If MN goes red Obama has lost by a significant margin in the electoral college. I liked it when we were considered a swing state and the pres candidates each did a campaign event here.

We'll just have to live vicariously through Iowa and Wisconsin !!! Since you are correct, they'll probably only be here if they want more funding...
