So, what percentage of the 70% of black kids in failing public schools fit that description?
There is so much incorrect with that question...
Ironically 72% of black children are born to single mothers...
Maybe that is where you got that number from?
Maybe all the kids should go to Blake.

So, All black kids are doomed to failure? So why do we spend so much trying? BTW, I got the number from the required MN test scores. You know, the one that shows a nation-leading "gap" between black and white students? If your premise is correct, why is it worse in Minnesota than anywhere else?
Why do we spend so much time and so many of our resources trying to make our society better? Well I am not sure we do. And that's why things are collapsing all around us. A country that once built the Hoover Dam can't even repair a bridge anymore.

Because our white kids do better than most anywhere else...

I was in Stillwater yesterday... That new bridge looks pretty incredible.
....and Stillwater is a much nicer town to be in without all of that traffic trying to go through. I don't know how much negative economic impact there has been on Stillwater, but I can't imagine it's much.

I am sure it was a mixed blessing.
Though I am sure most of the locals are much happier with the reduction in traffic.
That must have been a mad house.
