Why isn't everyone demanding transparency?
I mean the Justices seem against and the Republicans have been very quiet?

The problem is with lifetime opponents. I would amend the constitution to provide for two year terms for all federal judges. A federal judgeship should be a brief interlude in an otherwise distinguished career. It should never be a career goal.

How would one reduce the politics and rapid changes in legal rulings?
