from McCarthy. I agree that we need to balance the budget and stabilize SS and Medicare, however doing that without raising taxes or cutting entitlements is pretty much impossible. :-O
So I am pretty sure the GOP proposal will be laughable... :-(

Deficit Drivers
Nobody gets ahead in the Republican Party by working to govern effectively. And no one gets ahead in the Republican Party by going with something other than the flow. What's worse is for Republicans who don't go along, there are cushy post career jobs, no three hour flights back and forth from New Haven. No dream vacations with billionaires who have unfortunate taste in collectibles.
