Things are not going to get better under Trump. It is more a question of how much worse can they get.

As I wrote when Trump won... "I am so happy to be a well to do white middle aged man with a good job with great health insurance" And I feel so sorry for the poor, young, minorities, LGBTQ folks, women, etc of our country during this time." 🙁
Maybe this will wake the young DEMs out of their stupor and get them to the polls in 2 years.
My biggest concern is the stock market (not that I have that much invested) If the economy tanks under Trump will the stock market tank , too?
I am also concerned for immigrants and other people just getting by with a little help from Medicaid, Obamacare etc.

Odds are the market and economy will be fine. Based on past history the GOP will run massive deficits to fund today's economy at the expense of our children's economy.
There is a lot that Trump does that investors will like. He promises lower taxes and more lax tax enforcement. He will get rid of regulations. He has promised oligarchs that they will have a free hand with the environment. All of those things are good news for the stock market. The deeper problem is that Trump is unstable and unpredictable, and those are things investors don't like. And he has the basic problem all Republican presidents have, which is why all Republican administrations end in catastrophe which is that he is unresponsive to crises.--Hiram
I wonder if that can overcome all those who over spend !!!
