What bugs me is the civil cases against Donald Trump which are being settled. Donald Trump brings civil litigation to harass not to win. Against deep pocketed litigants, once the initial burst of publicity has dissipated, they are quietly dismissed. Thats?t hasn't been the casts?ts?==Hirame lately. Instead entites are reaching 8 figure settlements in cases which were clearly brought by Trump in bad faith. The question must be asked is, "Are these payments in fact bribes disguised as legal settlemen
In the case of the ABC case, I think ABC was going to lose.
The FB settlement was likely a bribe.

These cases, as a matter of law, are all losers for Trump. He uses the law courts to intimidate people, and lately he has been successful with his intimidation policies.--Hiram
