I wonder who pays the bills every time Trump deploys the National Guard to distract the small minded? I feel for the Guard members that he keeps using as pawns while disrupting their lives.

I have been wondering about things like that too. Who pays for the police in Washington? Do they still pay for them now that the police department has been taken over by the federal government. Where do the National Guard soldiers come from? DC? Elsewhere?==Hiram
