Yes... Kennedy did make it difficult for millions of Americans to get vaccinated. It is sad when the government limits personal choice and medical research.

Very often, Rep ublicans cut things not by eliminating them but instead making them harder to do or get. They erect barriers to voting believing their voters will be less affected by them than the other sides. They reduce Medicaid by putting out more hoops to jump through. They reduce the use of vaccines by making everything about them more confusing. Truth is a problem for Republicans and in fairnes. s for Democrats too sometimes. So the political solution is to make the issue not about truth but instead about credibility. Credibility, unlike truth can be manipulated and as an added bonus, people can make good money doing it.--Hiram
