Why again are we spending this money on transportation?

I asked the board if they had considered the opportunity costs when funding the transportation. Sherry Tyrrell said, "Yes, that's why you have art partially restored."
To me, that's not consideration of the other things that could have been funded or discussion of what would benefit the most students. That's a bone thrown to try to shut us up.
Art is being half restored. I assumed that meant it would be one lesson every 20 school days, instead of every 10 days. The principal of Sonnesyn, Jim Calhoun, told a parent that it will continue at one lesson every 10 days, but only for grades 3-5.
