Congress put itself on a 6-week timeout. The House will go from July 26 - September 9 without meeting, while the Senate will go from August 2 - September 9.
I thought they were supposed to be working hard on meeting with the citizens and reviewing how the money is being spent? :-)
How about we cut the cost of government by getting rid of half the political offices... They may get more done. :-)
