Pardon The Swamp

Furor over Trump pardons as frustrated Barr weighs quitting (FOX)

Trump just granted clemency to 11 people. Here's a look at each. (CNN)

Trump could pardon or commute Roger Stone's sentence at any time (FOX)

I do wonder how Trump True Believers are taking this action?

I mean many of them do not approve of corrupt politicians / bureaucrats and/or the self dealing in the swamp.  And here Trump just let a lot of these convicted white collar criminals walk free.

And now it looks like Tucker Carlson may be a fan of Trump pardoning a convicted individual.

What has happened to the "law and order" Republicans?

Do they really want to support cover ups, perjury, self dealing, etc?

Based on conversations at work, nobody really cares what he does because, "they're all corrupt so why does it really matter?" Then there's usually deflection to Bill Clinton. It truly seems that the only thing that matters to any Trump supporter I know is that Liberals are "owned" by what he does so it's fine.

If Trump shot Nancy Pelosi in front of witnesses...

Would they demand he go to jail?

or

Would they cheer him on?

At one time I would have thought these stupid questions... But lately I really don't know...

I have pretty much lost all respect that I had for many of my fellow conservatives. :-(

If you are willing to sacrifice truth, law and order for a tax cut and some conservative judges it is a very sad state of affairs. :-(

It's a bad world out there and we need a bad guy to deal with it. And whatever the problems might be with Trump, those Republican federal judges will be there forever.
