Teachers Do Not Want to be Graded

Laurie's links were very interesting, especially the first one...  You know how I love the "testing" discussions.  See the comments there for my thoughts.

That's bold and necessary, but I didn't see any "how" in there! I would think that if they knew how they would have done it long ago. Apparently school choice really DOES force the public schools to (finally try to) get better.
