Pro gun forces are caught in something of a bind. I actually don't understand this. If I were on their side of the issue I would simply say that while we don't like Hunter's politics, this is exactly the sort of discriminatory law enforcement to which we object. Suddenly, a guy who made a misstatement on a form, who never misused the gun, indeed may never even have used it, is now looking at a prison term. I think that is a pretty good argument. It saddens me that I can't make it.
