GM Tops In Quality

Being a big buy American proponent, I was happy to see this...  So much for those rice burners being better !!!  And maybe some of our fellow American deserters may become more patriotic and support our American companies, workers and taxes...

I'll never again buy a new car from Government Motors, despite being a lifelong GM owner.

Choices, choices, choices... It is interesting that you would punish the company and it's employees for something Obama and his cronies did. Just doesn't seem rational. Kind of like not wanting to marry a woman because she got raped...

Well hopefully then you are a Ford man now... I am actually looking at Fiesta hatchbacks for daughter #2. She wants something "cute/quirky".

Ironic and bad for GM.

You won't buy because of the government/Democrats involvement. And Laurie won't buy to support the higher paid workers, Union, Democrats, etc... I guess I'll have to trade in my 12 year old Suburban for a new one after all...

I object not because Obama "bailed out" GM, but because the corrupted the normal bankruptcy process, screwing the investors royally and rewarding the unions who CAUSED the problem with what they screwed the real investors out of. Then they began running the company on what THEY (government) thought best. Pontiac division was shut down, rather than sold to willing and able investors willing to buy the whole thing. I'm not punishing "the company and its employees." I'm punishing the stupidity of the government and unions who now own the place.

I am certain the American employees who work there will appreciate yout dedication to your political views... Just like they appreciate Laurie's desire to buy the less expensive foreign developed and built product...

The American employees that work there are part of the union corruption and greed that got them into that position, and the government takeover was engineered at their behest. Somehow, I have little sympathy for the aggressor who meets up with a little feeble resistance and then complains they are being unfairly punished.

Good thing many Americans disagree with you.

Interesting that you want to punish the non-Union workers further... And as we have discussed many times, many of the Union employees are really just pawns in the game.

Collateral damage. Some people choose to buy American for reasons having nothing to do with the quality or value of the product, while others choose not to buy from a socialized industry, regardless of its location.
