And the Spin for the Crazy Person.
I am happy to hear the count was pretty gosh darned accurate.
Too bad the folks who want to undermine faith in our country and its election system seem intent on continuing their efforts. :-(

Kind of surprising that the vote totals changed so much, but it is generally the case that a closer look at the ballots cast benefits Democrats. That's because Democrats are more likely to mess up the ballot resulting in a no count by the machines.
This won't change Republican attitudes toward voting rules. In publ..ic at least, and prior to the not having of a few, Republicans base their arguments on election rules on the fear of fraud, as opposed to actual fraud. And they always will claim to be fearful of fraud if it is to their advantage by providing of rationale for suppressing votes.
Will Democrats regard a suppressed vote as a valid vote in 2022 and 2024? Or will they join the other half of the country that now believes our system is fraudulent. If they do, what happens next?

The DEMs have been complaining about suppression for decades...
I do not see that changing.
The question I have is whether Democrats will accept voter suppression in 2022 and 2024, or just complain about it. If the don't, that will mean a majority of Americans don't believe our election system is legitimate.
What happens then?

I assume it will be a LOT like today...
The GOP will believe if they win...
Then the DEMs will be the unbelievers for 4 years.
