I thought about going through all of the points, but decided it was a waste of time. It is for the most part Trump saying everything that he thinks will get him votes. Even though unless some miracle occurs and the GOP takes the House back, he does not have a snow balls chance in hell of getting anything passed except spending increases that will bloat the National Debt even more.

Create 10 Million New Jobs in 10 Months
One of the cliches I repeat is that that Democrats and Republicans are in favor of the same things, it's just that Democrats, unlike Republicans are in favor of actually doing something.
How would we create ten million jobs in a year?
The simplest thing to do would be for the government to hire ten million people. Are the Republicans willing to do that? If not, what's the next solution that comes to mind. We could pass a law requiring each employer in America to hire a certain number of workers, a quota, which would result in the hiring of ten million workers. Are Republicans in favor of that? We could try trade barriers. There is an economic system called autarky, in which countries basically erect walls at their borders, cutting themselves off from the world. Hitler was in favor of autarky. Trump's border walls and trade barriers are gestures in that direction. His desire to enter into one sided trade deals, making other economies servant economies to the US is a form of autarky. Is that what we want? If not, what else can the government do to raise employment by ten million?

Get COVID under control...
Given the economy has lost 25 million jobs and only added back 10 million so far, adding back 10 million still leaves us in a significant hole. (not to mention that most of these are not "new jobs")
The Republican problem with Covid is the same as with those ten million new employees. They want something to happen, but they don't want to accept responsibility for what happened and they want someone else to provide the solution. In the case of the disease, we see that every single time when Trump refers to the "China virus". In Republican world, it wasn't the job of America to keep America safe, it was the job of the Chinese. Instead of listening to all those intelligence agencies we spend billions of dollars on, Trump chose to rely on the word of a tyrant. And so here we are.
As far as those 10 million jobs are concerned, Republicans who want them don't want to do the obvious thing, hire ten million worksers. Instead they want some other entity or force to do it, something which will allow them to claim credit but avoid blame.
I get a kick out of Republicans on drug policy. Republicans have announced that they want to reduce drug prices by 70%. Even to a Democrat like me that seems a little bit on the draconian side but hey, go for it. Proose the bill and let's vote on it. But it turns out there is no bill. There is no executive order. There is nothing more than a claim that something has happened which has not happened, and a wish that someone else would do it. That is classic Republicanism as much as anything I know.

Since Trump is not a Conservative, he is happy to buy those jobs and charge them to the American Tax Payers and Consumers.

Fair deals are going to help and hurt job numbers. Trump simply wants to bring jobs back to the United States, something he doesn't need a deal to do. I find it hard to understand how it is possible to do business in China without creating jobe in China, jobs that could be created here. So why would we want to do business in China if the goal of our economic policy is to create jobs in America?
In Hitler's economic theory, autarky, jobs wouldn't be created. Instead, Germany would rely on slave labor.
