with Chris Wallace leaving. not that it will likely matter to their viewers who seem willing to believe conspiracy theories, false claims, etc. It will be interesting to see if they replace Chris with a real honest journalist, or if they try to turn the Sunday morning show into right wing entertainment like most of their cable broadcasting?
Brett Baier seems to do moderately well at sticking to fact based news. Only time will tell.

The presence of Chris Wallace on Fox News undermined it's credibility, since credibility is more a matter of faith than truth. Wallace undermined the faith of Fox viewers. He was a heretic who, in this era of snowflakery couldn't be burned at the stake, but could still receive the next worse fate, a job on a CNN streaming news service. The Fox News viewer will never again hear whatever it is he might have to say.

I still remember when I told Mom that Chris was my favorite FOX journalist...
She said point blank without hesitation... "He is a Democrat"
But yes, with the loss of Juan Williams and Chris Wallace...
The FOX Opinion channels are stronger than ever. Though I think they should remove "News" from their name.
Even their website is getting pretty bad. Mostly just attack headlines and little actual news.
As for CNN... Maybe Chris thought they needed some Centrist help also, though he said he wanted to expand beyond politics somewhat.
Speaking of Juan Williams
Just imagine what FOX would do with the idea that Rachel Maddow or Brian Williams was giving the President real-time advice during a crisis the way Hannity, Ingraham, and Kilmeade were.

Of course, the Left voiced some of those concerns when Trump was colluding with the right wing whacko journalists.
The Meadows texts are brutal.
I think it's fascinating that Meadows thinks he is covered by executive privilege after and not before he publishes a tell all memoir. I think it's fascinating that Trump thinks he is protected by executive privilege without actually claiming it.
What is appalling is that these politicians think they can withhold our history from us.

Of course. I never had any problem with Hillary endlessly testifying about Benghazi.
Trump presents a moral problem for Democrats, one that we were called on here. What would we have done if our party had nominated an unfit and unqualified and immoral candidate for president? Would we just go along? Would we do what so many Germans did during the Nazi era, retreat from politics and position ourselves to maintain political viability after the collapse? Thankfully, those are questions of the kind Republicans have to deal with, which my party hasn't. One lesson Democrats must draw from Trumpism is that we must take responsibility for our actions. We must shut down the totalitarian urge early and aggressively, even at the cost of being accused of "cancel culture". The Republicans have become a cautionary tale. We must not act likewise.

The near brain washing of the Trump True Believers definitely explains how so many countries and civilizations have failed in the past. A cult of personality develops and they stop thinking for themselves. :-(
