I really can not wait to see who the DEMs nominate.
Hopefully it is someone I can support...
Or hopefully the GOP voters find a better candidate than Trump.
Which of course describes almost all real fiscal conservatives. :-)

That will depend a lot on his health and mental acuity.
I had a friend who once told me regarding his aging parents. Look at your Parents at 70 and they will be totally different at 80. And Joe would be ~78 before he ever to office.
Unfortunately things change more quickly in the upper 70's and early eighties

- Declines in perceptual speed
- Decreased numeric ability
- Losses in verbal memory
- Few changes in verbal ability
The graph on the right demonstrates how these functions decline with age. Note that there are almost no changes in verbal ability and they may even have improved with age. On the other hand, spatial orientation suffers a severe drop with age."
Now for a Senator or a Justice this may not be a big problem since they have more time to ponder and take action... The POTUS though has some rapid events to deal with.
So in the end I will need to look at the 2 candidates and decide who is the least of the 2 evils again. :-(

Yes Trump is either an idiot or has dementia....
"President Donald Trump said Sunday that he's "not sure that (he's) ever even heard of a Category 5" hurricane, despite four such storms having threatened the US since he took office.
"We don't even know what's coming at us. All we know is it's possibly the biggest. I have -- I'm not sure that I've ever even heard of a Category 5. I knew it existed. And I've seen some Category 4's -- you don't even see them that much," Trump said at a briefing with officials at FEMA's headquarters in Washington, DC.
"But a Category 5 is something that -- I don't know that I've ever even heard the term other than I know it's there. That's the ultimate, and that's what we have unfortunately," he added, in reference to Hurricane Dorian.
The comments from the President came just before Dorian, a dangerous Category 5 storm, made landfall on the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas. The storm is the most recent of four Category 5 hurricanes to hit parts of the US since Trump assumed the Oval Office."
