And even though my youngest graduates this Spring, I will be voting YES!!! As I often rant... If we the members of our communities are not willing to fight for, fund and sacrifice to keep our community strong vibrant and healthy, then we deserve for it to slip into decay with other not to be named communities.
So pry open that wallet and Vote YES !!!
And you stingy self centered folks, please feel free to stay home...😁

Yes, like "stingy" elderly folks on fixed incomes, being pushed out of their homes by rising, unaffordable taxes.
Where is it written that school spending must keep up with inflation? Why do we accept that spending can NOT be cut further, has anyone seriously looked at the district's prioritized spending chart? At a program-based budget? At teacher pay contracts?
Why do they use MN DOE inflation numbers rather than US official inflation numbers, which are much lower?
Why not tell you specifically WHICH things will be cut if the levy fails? Surely they must know, by looking at their prioritized spending numbers? Looks like another scam to me, so that the Board will not have to do their homework and their jobs.
Have they told you how many years this new ten-year levy will actually "last"?
