Prosecutors, Creditors and the IRS.
Trump was just some annoying glory hound until he was elected President and continually attacked any people or organizations who showed interest in his questionable dealings. Needless to say that has made him some serious enemies who are happy to dig deeply into his finances, tax records, sexual abuse, etc allegations. And it is not likely that Trump is going to go quietly into retirement so people and officials will continue to dig.
Without Presidential protections and an enabling Attorney General, he will need to spend a fortune to try and stay out jail. I personally would be so happy if he was tossed in jail.
Since I was young: I have been told to be honest, play fair, honor your obligations, don't take advantage of others, don't break the law, pay your bills, etc. So karma would be if an abuser of these good behaviors, would go to prison rather than continue to succeed. :-)

I think Trump should resign the presidency and turn the job over to Pence as caretaker. Pence could then pardon him.
I don't want to spend the next four years prosecuting Trump. But I don't want him to be freed up to do mischief because he was pardoned.
